After teaching high school physics for several years, Robin, a native Central New Yorker, transitioned to the legal department of a mid-sized medical software company, where her love of problem-solving and cross-department collaboration inspired her to pursue a law degree. She graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 2018 with a focus on supporting small businesses through practical, tailored legal solutions.
Robin also holds a master’s degree in physics, giving her a deep understanding of technology, research, and systems thinking. Combined with her teaching background, this allows her to work with business owners—not just for them—to demystify legal issues and build strong, informed foundations for growth.
As a small business owner herself, Robin knows the challenges her clients face. Her mission is to help entrepreneurs make confident, informed decisions and reach their full potential with the support of a trusted legal partner.
When she’s not lawyering, Robin enjoys live music, gardening, and spending time with her husband, two tiny humans, and their ever-growing zoo of animals.

Mallory, a University of Richmond School of Law graduate, is a Virginia-based attorney focused on helping people solve real-world problems—whether it’s a small business navigating legal challenges, a tenant facing poor housing conditions, or someone dealing with a tough contract dispute.
Her practice covers business law, civil litigation, and tenant advocacy, with a special focus on standing up for those who often get overlooked in the legal system. Mallory is one of the few attorneys in the Richmond area representing tenants in court and partners with organizations like the Richmond Tenants Union to make legal support more accessible.
Before joining Red Quill Law, Mallory worked in both private firms and legal aid settings, and she brings a down-to-earth, solutions-focused approach to every case. She is fluent in Spanish and frequently represents Spanish-speaking clients in a wide range of legal matters.
Outside of work, you’ll find her in her backyard garden, hunting for vintage finds at local auctions, or spending time with her husband and their dog, Hank, in Richmond’s Northside neighborhood.
